I woke up this morning, immediately checked Facebook and Twitter, and saw that Andy of Style Scrapbook had a new post. I love this post for no reason in particular, especially those sunglasses and that jacket! Everyone should give it a look :)

Friday Nights

I just got home from a late night event at my school; I was there promoting the Victorias Secret Pink collection.  I was really excited to post a pic of my makeup because I thought it looked exceptionally fab tonight.  I can't though, because my webcam won't cooperate.

As I sit here winding down the night by looking through fashion blogs, I'm snacking on some pretzels and beer...I feel like such a dude!  I guess the fact that I was working a Victorias Secret event balances it out though :)

First Day of School Look

So today was my first day of the semester, and I was super nervous about looking cute, even though everyone else is probably too worried about themselves to even notice what I'm wearing. (Side note: Why does it look like I have boobs?)

Anyway, I'm wearing a floral tank top that I got at Urban Outfitters about a million years ago (okay, like four), layered over an Old Navy Perfect Rib-Knit Tank (These are the comfiest, best-fitting wife-beaters in the world. I have these in every color.) I paired this with a light wash American Eagle Destroyed Midi Short, which I've been practically living in all summer. My blue Baby Wayfarers complete my outfit.

I like to keep my make up pretty simple for class, especially in the morning. I'm wearing a light dusting of Physician's Formula Healthy Wear SPF 50 Foundation in Natural Beige (just over my t-zone), e.l.f. Essential Eyelid Primer in Nude, e.l.f. Essential Eyeshadow Quad in Silver Lining (white and grey on inner and outer halves of my lids, respectively), e.l.f. Studio Blush in Candid Coral, one coat of JB Cosmetics Lashfood mascara, Yes to Carrots Mint Lip Butter, and e.l.f. Hypershine Gloss in Bubblegum.

I just got my nails done; which I only do on special occasions. I tried purple for a change :)

Debate

I found these Liberty Nike Skinny Dunks on the Urban Outiftters website and have been debating buying them for a few weeks now.  They're going for $110, so it'd be a splurge from what I normally pay for shoes, but they're so adorable and I can just imagine the cute outfits I could put together.  Opinions?  To buy or not to buy?

Summer Smokey Eyes Using Maybelline Natural Smokes Quad

Let me begin by stating that I feel absolutely ridiculous writing a post that will probably be read by no one except my co-blogger.

Speaking of Bre, last night we met up with some friends at a local bar called the Knight Library (named for the UCF Knights). I was so excited to finally use the Maybelline Natural Smokes Quad that I had to snap a few Macbook pictures of myself before I left. Call me a narcissist. The pictures we took at the bar should be up in the next day or two, or whenever Bre gets around to it.

Anyway, I wore a light dusting of Physicians Formula Healthy Wear SPF 50 Powder Foundation in Natural Beige, e.l.f. Essential Eyelid Primer in Nude, Maybelline Natural Smokes Quad (applied basically according to how the shadows are labeled), two coats of Maybelline One by One Mascara in Blackest Black, Yes to Carrots Mint Lip Butter, and e.l.f. Hypershine Gloss in Bubblegum. Side note: After packing on my eyeshadow I looked in the mirror and realized I looked like a Vietnamese hooker. Luckily the shadow blended out quite nicely with a q-tip, making me look like an only slightly trampy sixteen year old with a fake i.d. (I'm twenty-two but well aware that I look like a baby.) Anyway, here's a better view of my eyelids:

I Less Than 3 These

It's way.too.hot. out in Orlando; if it were acceptable, I'd be just fine wearing a bathing suit everywhere.  Since I'm in no mood to wear clothes, I'm posting a pair of sunglasses that I'm in love with. These Tory Burch sunglasses are amazing and I want them very badly :)

The First Hello

So this is the inaugural post; welcome to No Name Style Blog! My hope for this blog is that it will eventually be like many of the other inspirational style blogs out there. We will post pictures, links, and just random musings about things out there in the fashion world. Taryn and I spend more time than we should looking at blogs and sending links to each other when we find things we love, so why not put it all in one blog for people who share our interests?
